The Courtyard Homes
The Courtyard Homes are designed in a "C" shape where the house nestles around a lush outdoor space with well-manicured landscaping and gardens. They are built by Chesapeake Development.
The Boulevard Home Collection

Custom Home Sites
The Custom homes at North Hill are some of the last home sites available on the original 18 holes of The Chancellors Course. A few home sites remain and are available for purchase to build your approved plan by one of The Georgia Club's builders.
