Group Fitness Class Schedule



The Holidays are in full swing, but The Georgia Club has a new series of Fitness Classes that will have you looking good and feeling healthy all throughout the season. Sign-up in the Fitness Center for one of these great new winter classes. Drop-ins are always welcome.


Tuesday Night Aerobics with Kevin


Kevin will lead this Tuesday night session from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. This 5-week session will run until December 22. The cost is $50.


Wednesday Morning Pilates with Kandy


Kandy will lead this Wednesday morning session from 9 to 10 a.m. The next session will run for 8 weeks, beginning on January 6 and running until February 24. The cost is $80 for 8 weeks, or $15 for drop-ins.


Friday Morning Circuit Training with Kevin


Kevin will lead this short session of Friday Morning Circuit Training from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. This 3-week session will run until December 18. The cost is $30. *We must have at least 4 people signed-up.


Saturday Morning Pilates with Dr. Julie Lord


A new session of Saturday Morning Pilates will begin on January 2 and run until January 30. These sessions will be from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. The cost is $100 for five sessions, with a drop-in rate of $25.


Pilates Packages with Dr. Julie Lord


Follow through with your New Year's Resolution to get fit and sign-up for one of these private-lesson pilates packages with trainer Dr. Julie Lord.

  • 50 sessions for $50 per session
    This package will take you through winter, spring and summer with the security of training for a tight tummy and tush! ($2,500 total value)
  • 25 sessions for $65 per session
    This package will keep you moving during winter and spring. ($1625 total value)
  • 4 sessions for $75 per session
    A perfect set-up for those of us who can only plan our life one month at a time! ($300 total value)

There is no excuse for Members not to be fit with the offerings featured in our Fitness Center. The Fitness Center includes 16 pieces of Cybex strength and weight training equipment, four treadmills, three stationary bicycles and three Arc Trainers. In addition, the Center features an aerobics room, Fitness/Tennis Pro Shop, and Locker Rooms with steam and sauna facilities.

The Fitness Center is open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Accompanied Guests of Members are welcome to use the Swim Park, Tennis Courts and Fitness Center for a daily pass fee of $10.00. Accompanied Children 12 and under, and extended family members will be charged $5.00 for a daily pass.
