2010 Caribbean Carnival
This year, The Georgia Club kicked-off summer with the Caribbean Carnival. Guests traveled to the Islands as they dined on tropical cuisine and listened to the sounds of the Caribbean, as the Tropical Breeze Steele Drum Band set the mood.

Easter Egg Hunt 2010
It was perfect weather as The Georgia Club celebrated its sixth annual Easter Egg Hunt on the Village Green. The UGA Gym Dogs and Easter Bunny were the guests of honor, and helped the children hunt eggs, and compete in the three-legged race, spoon race and of course, the Bunny Hop.

Valentine's Day Dinner Dance
More than 20 couples spent Valentine's Day at The Georgia Club, enjoying dinner, dancing and romancing. Couples celebrated over a delicious meal and danced to their favorite Sinatra songs, as Adam Komesar performed his Sinatra tribute, Simply Sinatra.

The Third Annual Christmas Tour of Homes
The Third Annual Christmas Tour of Homes was a huge success thanks to the help of all our gracious volunteers and host families. Our nearly 500 guests toured five premier residential homes in The Georgia Club decorated beautifully for the holidays. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the beneficiaries identified by The Georgia Club Foundation. Thanks to the community once again for their wonderful support of this special holiday tradition.

2009 Member Holiday Party
We had nearly 150 Members attend our annual Holiday Party. A great jazz ensemble, delicious food and wonderful company made for a festive evening.

2009 Ladies Holiday Social
Our Ladies Holiday Social, in its sixth year, keeps getting bigger and better, and this year was no exception. Nearly 70 Members and guests turned out on November 15 to enjoy delicious treats, some holiday shopping and of course, holiday socializing.

Halloween Trick-or-Treat Parade 2009
We had a biggest and best yet Trick-or-Treat Parade and social this year with nearly 75 princesses and ghosts. After the trick-or-treating, the group enjoyed games, crafts and pizza. Thanks for all who participated.

Oconee Springs Playground Dedication
We had a great turn-out Sept. 27 for the dedication of our new Oconee Springs Playground. Even Hairy Dawg was on hand to play on the new equipment, enjoy some cake and participate in the balloon launch.

2009 Caribbean Carnival
The spirit of summer lived on as 70 Members and guests attended our annual Caribbean Carnival. The Tropical Breeze Steel Drum Band whipped up the sounds of the islands, and our culinary staff presented a buffet of Conch Fritters, Peel-n-Eat Shrimp and Coconut Rum Cake, to name a few of the fabulous tropical tastes.

The Second Annual Celebrity Golf Tournament & Auction
It was a proud day for the Georgia Club community as celebrities, golfers, volunteers and supporters gathered to raise funds for the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia and The Georgia Club Foundation. The day began with a celebrity golf tournament, continued with a lunch and auction and ended with a bang during the Yoculan Drop, two aerial ball drops hosted by Suzanne Yoculan.

2009 Junior Jamboree
The 2009 Junior Jamboree saw a week packed full of fun for kids. Mornings included golf and tennis fun and were followed by afternoons of food, crafts, pool time and even water activities like a waterslide and water balloon fight.

2009 Star Spangled Celebration
Our Star Spangled Parade attracts great spirit and participation each year in a variety of cateogories: Decorated Golf Carts, Bicycles and Wagons, Four-legged Friends, and Classic Cars and Motorcyles. And, our Patriotic Worship Service is always a moving tribute to God and country.

2009 Foot Race
Despite some overcast skies, our Third Annual Front Porch Foot Race attracted nearly 225 walkers and runners for a spirit-filled 5K and 1-mile Fun Run. The event is sponsored every year by The Georgia Club Foundation.

2009 Mixed Sticks
Our Mixed Sticks is a combination of golf and tennis. Children ages 5 to 13 came out to mix it up, practicing tennis for 45 minutes, then trading the tennis racquet for a golf club for 45 minutes of golf.

2009 Men's Member/Guest Founder's Cup Tournament and Ladies Summer Luncheon
While the men were on the course for the Men's Member/Guest Founder's Cup Tournament, the ladies enjoyed a summer luncheon at the pool with two instructional demonstrations. The ladies were treated with a lesson in containter gardening as well as a cooking demonstration offering healthy alternatives for the summer.

August Twilight Golf Dinner
It was the perfect evening to celebrate the kick-off of UGA football the next day with a fun, social nine holes of twilight golf, followed by dinner around the pool.

TGC Foundation Volunteers at Statham Food Drive
More than 30 Georgia Club Foundation volunteers helped the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia one Thursday in October provide food for more than 450 families. Nearly 30,000 pounds was distributed at this Food Drive in Statham.
